It can be tricky in the beginning to make your brain believe some of your statements of intent. You have to keep repeating them all the time and before long they will become a reality. If you find your thoughts become less positive stop and start repeating again your motivating statements that you know.

If you spend several minutes two or three times a day using positive self talk, within a few weeks you will notice that everything you do towards your goal of weight-loss becomes easier. Stick with it, I guarantee it is worth it and you will start to feel better about yourself a little more each day.
