Take your slimming at a slow pace
Losing weight for good is no quick and easy challenge..
It’s true that there are ‘miracle diets’ or slimming aids available. However there is little proof to suggest that these work in the long term. Weight that you lose in a short space of time is likely to be put on again just as fast, unless you have turned around your lifestyle habits.

Get out and try some exercise

Remember to eat heathilty
Eat a balanced diet that incorporates a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. You want to cut down on fat, especially saturated fat, like the fat you find in cakes and butter, and you should try to eat a variety of food.
